Priority Service
Our Priority Service Customers receive the highest level of service. Our experienced technical staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.- Clients receive priority response 24 hours a day
- Reduced hourly labor rate
- Discounted replacement parts (not under warranty)
- Periodic test and Inspection per NFPA and local codes
Standard Service customers have access to our trained staff during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays excluded.
- Clients receive same day response for calls received before 12:00 noon
- Fixed labor rate
- All services charged on a time and material basis
