Waterless Fire Suppression Systems

FM-200 Extinguishing Systems

ASSI's FM-200 clean agent extinguishing system is the fastest and most effective way to detect and extinguish a fire. FM-200 stops a fire within seconds before it can do any significant damage to the environment, people, or valuable assets.

Unlike water, FM-200 is non-conductive and non-corrosive so it's safe to use around all types of electronic and electrical equipment. There is no need for expensive disaster recovery processes. That's why so many different types of businesses choose FM-200.

Features:

FM-200 is Ideal Protection for: FM-200 is the most widely used Halon replacement. It is an affordable fire protection solution with systems costing a fraction of the assets being protected.

3M™ Novec™ 1230 Fire Protection Fluid

3M™ Novec™ 1230 is a halon alternative designed to balance industry concerns for perormance, human safety and the environment, which makes Novec 1230 fluid the first option to other technologies.

Features:

3M™ Novec™ 1230 applications include:

Argonite™ Systems

Argonite™ is an inert gas that extinguishes fire based on the principle of oxygen depletion. It is an environmentally acceptable clean agent that offers zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and zero Global Warming Potential (GWP). It is safe for use in a wide range of sensitive applications where people are present and is electronically non-conductive. It produces no post fire residue; thus, there is no damage to protected equipment and nothing to clean up.

Features:

Argonite™ System applications include:

FE-13™ Extinguishing Systems

FE-13™ layout FE-13™ systems are designed for harsh and demanding applications, low temperature environments, high ceiling structures, or hazards requiring high concentration inerting. FE-13™ is typically applied in concentration ranges of 16-20% and since it has a NOAEL level of 30% this makes it ideal for protection of occupied spaces.

Features:

FE-13™ can be used in applications with difficult Class-B fire hazards, such as hard-to-extinguish fuels like methanol, as well as spaces where the volume will vary with contents, like cargo holds. The physical properties of FE-13™ allow for its use in applications where large differences between the low and high hazard temperatures are expected. The low boiling point of FE-13™ allows for the storage of the containers to be located in remote areas, far from the protected space, as well as in environments other than room temperature.

FE-13™ applications include:
